The values below are typical commercial minimums, for orientation. Binding values are in the mill's specification table and in the certificate of analysis (CoA) issued for each shipment.
Testliner
Brown testliner, 90–200 g/m².
100 % recycled fibre, made in Türkiye. Outer and inner liner for corrugated board; the most common weights are 110, 120, 140 and 160 g/m².

Kraft top testliner
Testliner with a virgin-kraft top ply; 120–200 g/m². A smoother, stronger printing surface for outer liners. Cobb60 top side ≤ 30 g/m²; SCT about 5 % above the brown testliner table.
White top testliner
Testliner with a white top ply; 120–200 g/m². Brightness ≥ 70 % ISO (typically 72–78), Cobb60 top side ≤ 30 g/m². For shelf-ready and printed boxes.
Fluting
Recycled fluting, 90–180 g/m².
The corrugating medium. Most common weights 100, 110, 120 and 127 g/m²; 140–160 g/m² for high-performance boxes.

Reels, packing, loading
What goes on the order.
Reels
Width 600–2,500 mm (±3 mm), diameter 1,000–1,500 mm (standard 1,250 or 1,450 mm), 76 mm (3") core standard, 152 mm (6") on request. Maximum 3 splices per reel, flagged.
Packing and labels
Kraft wrap and end caps; PE or stretch wrap on request. Label shows grade, grammage, width, diameter, net/gross weight, reel number and barcode. A reel list travels with every shipment.
Loading
Standard truck 22–24 t; 40' HC container 23–25 t (depending on reel diameter and the road weight limit at destination). Vertical loading standard, horizontal on request.
Minimum order
Domestic: one truck (≈ 22 t). Export: two containers (≈ 46 t). Minimum 5 t per reel size; sample reels are handled separately.
Monthly allocation
Regular buyers get a contracted monthly tonnage with monthly price revision, confirmed against the mill's production plan.
Certification
FSC® Recycled / Controlled Wood, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates are provided per shipment on request. Food-contact statements are confirmed per product.
Imported grades
Kraftliner and pulp.
Virgin grades with limited Turkish production are sourced abroad. Origin Europe or North America; delivery DAP mill or CIF arrival port.
Kraftliner (virgin)
115–200 g/m² (typically 125, 140, 150, 175, 200). Brown and white top. For heavy-duty, export and humid-climate boxes. Values by grammage per producer specification; Cobb60 ≤ 30 g/m² typical.
Semi-chemical fluting
112–160 g/m². For fruit, vegetable and humid-climate packaging that needs high CMT. On request, by the container.
Pulp
BHKP (eucalyptus, birch), NBSK and BCTMP for tissue and printing-paper producers. Bales, 20' container ≈ 20 t; priced per ADT on monthly contracts.
Recovered paper
Purchase specification.
EN 643:2014 grade definitions apply. Imported for mills in Türkiye; waste-import paperwork is issued against the buyer's importer registration, and Annex VII plus pre-shipment inspection travel with the shipment.
